2) How do you quote the price? We quote according to the comprehensive cost. As a manufacturer,
we quote price lower and faster than the trade companies.
3) What is the installation service and operator training?
We can send engineers to install the machine in buyer’s plant and
provide training to the operators, and the buyer need to pay the
service fee, round-trip transportation cost, expenses for board and
lodging,etc. The buyer can also send technicians to our factory to
learn installation and operation of the machine, and we can pay the
round-trip transportation cost, expenses for board and lodging,etc.
4) What is the warranty?
1 year warranty. If any malfunction occurs in warranty, we would
provide free repairing service and spare parts. If technicians need
to be sent to the buyer’s plant,the transportation cost and
expenses for board and lodging need to be paid by the buyer.
5) Can you produce customized machines according to my need?
Yes, the machine function, size,capacity, etc can be customized.
