Description
The slewing drive applied solar tracking system keep the best angle
of sunlight at all times. Compared with fixed power stations, flat
single-axis tracking can increase annual power generation by 10~30%
(depending on latitude changes); inclined single-axis can increase
by more than 30%; dual-axis tracking can increase by about 40~50%.

Application
Used for the rotation of the pitch position of photovoltaic power
generation systems such as flat single axis, trough power
generation, concentrated power generation, etc.
The flat single-axis tracking system is a form of tracking bracket
arranged in north-south and east-west tracking. According to the
astronomical algorithm, the motor drives the bracket to make the
solar panels track the azimuth of the sun, increase the direct
sunlight on the surface of the photovoltaic module, and increase
the power generation.
Features
1 Using blind hole design and skeleton oil seal sealing structure,
the sealing performance is reliable, the seal can avoid direct
sunlight, effectively prevent dust and water, and the protection
level can reach IP65. It is suitable for outdoor use and can be
output with single or double flanges.
2 Double enveloping hourglass worm, multi-tooth contact, transmits
larger torque, can bear larger axial force, radial force and
tilting moment
3 The product design adopts the common size at home and abroad,
which is convenient for later replacement
4 Double raceway support structure, strong rigidity, can withstand
large load radial force and overturning moment, especially suitable
for independently driven dual-axis photovoltaic, concentrating
bracket pitching azimuth and other working conditions
5 Double-sided coaxial output flange, symmetrical structure, high
assembly fault tolerance, small axial size, space saving, hollow
output shaft structure, convenient for wiring and structural layout
6 Imported double-lip skeleton seal ring to prevent on-site
