Working:
By means of relative motion between movable and fixed
discs,material is crushed through impact and friction of the teeth
and impact among the material.The machine is designed according to
GMP standard and made of stainless steel.The advantage of it are
simple structure,high production capacity and convenient
cleaning.Currently it is the pretty ideal one among coarse crushing
machines.
The machine has a relative movement between the moving gear tray
and the fixed tray to pulverize the material. The materials are
pulverized by gear impacting mutual impacting anc friction. The
ground material automatically enters the collecting bag under the
action of the eccentric force, and it is discharged from the dust
absorption box through filtering bags.
