Introduction & working principle
Fresh materials sent by conveyor to feeding inlet and continuous tile to the upper transmission belt , upper belt forward through heating section and transfer to the second layer belt …… Finally dried material discharge from outlet to complete the drying process.
Advantages
Heat source: biomass, electricity,steam,gas,coal(Option)
1- hot air from bottom-up and top-down cross through material,
increase the contact area with the hot air of material, improve
drying speed.
2- At the bottom of the inner cavity full welding, rounded corners,
makes the machine in working condition with the outside world
without wind phenomenon, convenient cleaning and ensure no water
inside the equipment.
3- It equipped with mandatory dehumidification , most using hot air
recycling to save energy, part of the air discharged from chamber
to ensure product quality.
4- Using with fully enclosed structure, ensuring material is not
contaminated, improve the thermal efficiency, improve working
conditions.
5- Adopt unique internal air supply device, can not only improve
material and the relative velocity of hot air, improve drying
speed, and guarantee uniform drying.
