1. Equipment introduction:
The dryer makes the hot air access to the crushing chamber to
achieve the objective of drying the materials. The two processes
crush and dry are usually complete by two independent operation
unit, here we put the two operating unit combined into a device to
finish two processes at the same time, it improves efficiency.
Charging device through special design let the wet materials add
into the drier. High speed rotating rotor at the bottom of drier
passes mechanical energy to the materials making it quickly crushed. The crushed materials increase the
contact area with hot air, water is evaporated quickly. The
materials after drying and crushing are upward movement by air
entrainment, and then through the classification it will leave the
drier and be collected.
