Product Description:
The dryer is a machine used to heat treat powders, granulates,
filter cakes and pasty products in a full-continuous process.
These processes vary from drying, cooling, crystallizing and
calcimining to melting, evaporating, solvents, sterilizing, etc
The paddle dryer has a heated through containing rotating heated
paddle shafts. The product is fed into the front of the machine.
The through is oriented at a small angle of inclination, placed
slightly in unloading position. The product moves to the outlet as
a result of gravity. The paddles do not have a transport function.
They are designed for maximum heat transfer. At the outlet side,
the product moves out of the machine via the overflow unit.

Applications
Vacuum rake dryer device uses steam jacket to indirectly heat
materials, and exhaust under high vacuum, so it is especially
suitable for materials that are not resistant to high temperature,
easy to be oxidized at high temperature, or materials that are easy
to produce powder when drying (such as various fuels), as well as
the drying process of steam or solvent must be recycled materials
drying operation.In the vacuum rake dryer, the moisture content or
solvent content of the dried material is up to 90%, while the
lowest is only 15%.The dried material is slurry, paste, granular,
powder, can also be fibrous.The moisture content of these materials
after drying generally reaches 0.1% or even 0.05%.
Working:
The dried material is added from the middle of the shell. Under the
stirring of the rotating rake teeth, the surface of the
material is constantly updated when it contacts with the shell
wall. The dried material is indirectly heated by steam, and the
moisture of the material is gasified. The gasified moisture is
pumped away by the vacuum pump in time. The machine can use the
sandwich and rake teeth heating method at the same time, with
larger heat transfer area and high thermal efficiency was obtained.
Due to the high operating vacuum, the water vapor pressure on the
surface of the dried material is much higher than that in the
evaporation space of the drying shell, which is conducive to the
discharge of the internal and surface water of the dried material,
and the movement of the water molecules of the dried material, so
as to achieve the purpose of drying.
