Corrugated Carton Making Machine is one of packaging solution, which includes automatic flexo printer, automatic folder gluer and automatic semi-automatic stitching machine. They are designed to process corrugated cardboard into products such as cartons, boxes, trays, displays etc.

It can finish the process of printing, slotting, die cutting, gluing and stitching by 3 steps.

• Automatic Flexo Printer

1. Lead edge feeder with vacuum absorber.
2. Adopts Vacuum transfer, auto zero return and auto reset. Printing cylinder transversal motorized with digital display.
3. Anilox roller with chambered doctor blade system or rubber roller.
4. The gaps of adjusting is manual with self-lock.
5. Order storage and quick order shift is available.
6. Six shafts rotation: Pre-creaser, Creaser, Single-shaft slotter.

• Automatic Folder Gluer

1. Feeding with Belt and vacuum absorb.
2. Sheet transfer with leather belts.
3. Equip with creasing wheels for helping up-fold issue.
4. Position of glue head, Left/right arm are motorized. And tightness of belts are manual.
5. There are temporary storage for improving the speed, and squarer for making box gluing well.
