The shell (heat sink) is stretched and formed with aviation
lightweight aluminum alloy profiles. The large heat sink design
ensures sufficient heat dissipation surface area. At the same time,
each heat sink conforms to the thermal flow dynamics design to meet
the heat dissipation area while ensuring the heat conduction cross
section, making the LED The heat generated can be timely and
effectively exported to the surface of the housing (heat sink) to
ensure the heat dissipation performance of the LED and the service
life of the LED. At the same time, a heat conduction channel is
designed for each LED.
End covers at both ends of the shell are designed for outdoor
dusty and rainy environments. The shell is designed with automatic
diversion and dust removal holes to ensure that dust cannot
accumulate for a long time, which affects the heat dissipation
performance.
The seal is made of high and low temperature resistant silicone
rubber material, and the outer shell protection grade is IP67,
which is waterproof, dustproof and moisture-proof.
The mounting bracket is fixed with fastening bolts and gears,
which can flexibly adjust the irradiation angle, adopts
anti-dropping chain, and double protection to prevent the lamp from
