Chrome (Gcr15,100Cr6,52100,SUJ2) steel balls, also called bearing steel balls,High precision chrome steel balls contain chromium and due to through hardening has an excellent surface quality and high load bearing.GCr15 bearing steel, containing c0.95-1.05, Mn0.25-0.45, Si0.15-0.35.

Our modern heat treatment facility has a controlled atmosphere and temperature that allows us to maintain the Rockwell hardness within three (3) points during any production process and reach any specific hardness specified by the customer. The hardness of AISI E52100 chrome steel balls is between HRC 60 and 67 according to requirements.

The appearance inspection of steel balls mainly includes the inspection of surface scratches, rust, and surface spots. Steel ball production process: stamping - smooth grinding- quenching - hard grinding - appearance inspection - fine grinding - cleaning - rust prevention - finished product packaging.
