Introduction
The full name of bearing steel is rolling bearing steel. It has
high compressive strength and anti-fatigue performance, high
hardness, high wear resistance and certain toughness, good
hardenability, and extremely strict control of sulfur and
phosphorus. It is a high-grade high-quality steel.
On the basis of GCr15 steel, the content of Si and Mn is
appropriately increased to improve its hardenability and elastic
limit, and its wear resistance is also better than that of GCr15.
The applicable size range for manufacturing rolling elements is
larger than that of GCr15. It is mainly used to manufacture bearing
rings with wall thickness> 12mm and outer diameter> 280mm.
Ball diameter> 50mm; cone, cylindrical and spherical roller
diameter> 22mm and needle rollers of all sizes.
We mainly produce chromium steel with a size of 7-82.55mm. The main
material is high chromium GCR15 or GCR15SiMn.
The ball has high precision, good surface smoothness, standard
hardness and excellent wear resistance. Our products have been
widely exported to Europe, America, Japan, Korea etc.
Application
Our steel balls can be used in many industrial fields, such as
precision bearings, automotive parts (brakes, steering systems,
spools), bicycles, agitators, electrical appliances, sliders, quick
