Main features and Applications

After quenching and tempering, the hardness is high and uniform, and the wear resistance and fatigue resistance are high, good thermal workability. After spheroidizing annealing, it has good workability, but it is sensitive to the formation of white spots. Can be used to manufacture various bearing rings with wall thickness ≤12mm and outer diameter ≤250mm. also for rolling elements with a wide range of sizes, such as steel balls, tapered rollers, cylindrical rollers, spherical rollers, needle rollers, etc.

It is also used to manufacture molds, precision measuring tools and other mechanical parts that require high wear resistance, high elastic limit and high contact fatigue strength. Mainly used in the manufacture of steel balls, rollers and bushings on drive shafts of internal combustion engines, electric locomotives, machine tools, tractors, steel rolling equipment, drilling machines, railway vehicles and mining machinery.

Steel balls are important basic parts, especially precision industrial steel balls play a huge role in the development of the national economy. Under some special conditions, steel balls of special materials are often needed to fulfill the functions required under different environments.

Note of GCr15

1. The residual copper content (melting analysis) of the steel for bearing steel pipes should not exceed 0.2%.

2. The oxygen content is measured on the billet or steel.

3. The sulfur content (melting analysis) of wire rod steel should not exceed 0.02%.

Packing Details :

Firstly we pack the balls in cartons and cases.
Then, we pack our balls using wooden pallet(Plywood) in our export business:
Put the plastic paper in the pallet(waterproof) at first, then put the ball carton into the pallet, and fix the pallet.
Generally, we offer neutral packing and can according to your requirements.
