Steel balls are divided into grinding steel balls, forged steel

According to the processing materials, it is divided into bearing
steel balls, stainless steel steel balls, carbon steel steel balls,

bearing steel ball is an important basic component of the industry.
The alloy steel ball is a spherical shape made by forging,
spinning, rolling, and casting with carbon, chromium, manganese,
molybdenum and other metal elements as the main added metal

Bearing steel balls have a long history of use in the precision

High-carbon chromium bearing steel refers to high-carbon alloy
steel with a chromium content of 1.40-1.65%. It is characterized by
relatively uniform and stable structure after heat treatment, good
wear resistance, high stress fatigue strength, good dimensional
stability, and good wear resistance.
This type of steel can meet the processing requirements under
general working conditions. The grades of ordinary high-carbon
chromium bearing steel are GCr15 and GCr15SiMn. The performance of
these two bearings is basically the same. But the hardenability of
GCr15SiMn is better than GCr15, so GCr15SiMn is used for larger
bearing parts.
Because GCr15SiMn has high crack sensitivity and low impact
resistance, it cannot fully meet the requirements of thick-walled
bearings and mining bearings. Therefore, the railway department
does not allow the use of CGr15SiMn on passenger car bearings. It
is also limited to thick-walled rolling mills and mining machinery
under large compact loads.
