Description

This unit is used for loading PCBs to the production line.

2 functions available: vacuum suction loader for bare board loading

and magazine loader for loading PCB in magazine rack.

This machine can select loading or vacuum sucking mode according to different PCB

(loading mode when there is components on the reverse side of PCB / sucking mode when there is no components),

which can meet production process and improve production efficiency

Features

1.Strong,firm and stable design.
2.'soft touch' LED control panel or touch screen can be selected.
3.Top＆bottom pneumatic clamps to secure magazine rack.
4.No PCB breakage guaranty because of special gas circuit design.
5.Effective design ensures no PCB breakage guaranty.
6.Vacuum Loader and pallet conveyor compatible.
7.Adjust the position of the nozzle to ensure the circuit boards is clamped.
8.Vacuum and magazine are feed into the board at the same machine, integrated machine.
9.Compatible SMEMA interface.

10. Can stock maximum 400 pcs of bare board (0.8mm)
