Electric submersible pump is widely used in pupming water from deep well or borehole,lake, river, farmland agricultural irrigation, ground water pumping, water supply system for industrial buildings and civil buildings, water distribution system in mountain areas, low-lying areas and dunes, water supply and water drainage system for mines in urban or rural districts,

We have 2 materials: cast iron electric submersible pump and stainless steel eletric submersible pump. Stainless steel submersible pump has: SS304, SS316, SS316L, Duplex stainless steel and SS904L. If your electric submersible pump is pumping clean water, cast iron submersible pump is more economic. If electric submersible pump is working in sea water, salt water, offeshore, jack-up, shipyard, we have to choose stainless steel submersible pump, anti corrosion.

The cast iron electric submersible pump main part material as below:
1. The pump impeller, pump casing coupling part and motor casing is cast iron material.
2. The pump shaft is stainless steel material.
3. The bearing is graphite.
4. The winding is 100% copper with polyethylene insulation layer.
5. The rotor end ring is copper.
6. The stator casing is with 45# steel.
7. The stator is cold rolling silicon steel.
