Diaphragm Set
This is repair kit NBR diaphragm, used in Joil 1 1/2" JICI 40, JICR
40, JISI 40, JISR 40, JIFI 40, JIFR 40 diaphragm pulse valves. One
set of diaphragm kit includes one buna seat buna diaphragm and one
small stainless steel spring. The diaphragm is the key component in
diaphragm pulse jet valves. It is one of the fittings for the
normal operation of the valve body and the "switch" of the
injection air circuit of the dust cleaning system of the pulse bag
filter. It can easily ensure complete synchronization with other
control components to control the injection of pulsed compressed
air. So the tightness and softness of the diaphragm play a decisive
role in the blowing effect of the pulse valve.
Pulse valves are mainly used in the environmental protection and
dust removal industry. They are controlled by solenoid or pneumatic
pilot valves and can instantly open and close high-pressure gas
sources to generate pulse valves. They are also commonly known as
electromagnetic pulse valves or pneumatic pulse valves.

The electromagnetic pulse valve (also known as the diaphragm valve)
is the compressed air "switch" of the pulse bag filter cleaning and
blowing system. Under the control of the output signal of the pulse
controller, the filter bag is sprayed row by row (room) to clean
the dust to keep the resistance of the dust collector within the
set range to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection
efficiency of the dust collector.
The Z-type pulse valve is a right-angle valve with an angle of 90°
between the inlet and outlet. It is suitable for the installation
link between the air bag and the blowing pipe. It has smooth air
flow and can provide dust-cleaning air pulses that meet the
requirements.
The Y-type pulse valve is a submerged valve (also called an
embedded valve), which is directly installed on the air bag and has
better flow characteristics. The pressure loss has been reduced,
which is suitable for working occasions with low air source
pressure.
