This is NBR diaphragm repair kit for JOIL 2.5 inch JISI 65, JISR 65, JIFI 65, JIFR 65 pulse jet valve.
This is Nitrile (NBR) diaphragm repair kit includes one nitrile
seat nitrile diaphragm and one secondary nitrile diaphragm, which
is used in joil 2 1/2 inch JISI 65, JISR 65, JIFI 65, JIFR 65 pulse jet valves. The diaphragm consists of one or more layers
coated on both sides. Diaphragms of different materials can be
manufactured according to the requirements of use. The working
temperature and pressure range of the diaphragm itself depends on
the type of rubber, fabric and structure. The diaphragm can work at
-10~80℃, 0.4~0.8 MPa, and the fluororubber and silicone rubber
diaphragm can work at -80~232℃.
Working Principle:
The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air
chambers, the front and the rear. When compressed air is connected,
the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the orifice.
At this time, the pressure of the rear air chamber makes the
diaphragm close to the output port of the valve. The pulse valve is
in the "closed" state.
The electrical signal of the pulse controller causes the armature
of the pulse valve to move, the air chamber vent behind the valve
opens, and the rear air chamber loses pressure rapidly. The
diaphragm moves backward, and compressed air is blown through the
valve outlet. The pulse is in the "on" state.
The electrical signal of the pulse injection controller disappears,
the solenoid pulse valve armature is reset, the air release hole of
the rear air chamber is closed, the pressure of the rear air
chamber rises to make the diaphragm close to the valve outlet, and
the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.
