Flat Flex Wire Mesh Belt Introduction
Flat flex wire mesh belt is a lightweight conveyor belt
manufactured with a flexible structure. It is one of the simplest
type of all metal conveyor belts. It can usually be made of
galvanized steel and stainless steel. The flat flex conveyor belt
has excellent corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance. It
can be used under high temperature conditions. The flat flex wire
conveyor belt is of a lightweight structure and is easy to handle
and install. The light belt is suitable for conveying, drying,
drainage and processing in food, meat, candy manufacturing,
medicine and other industries.
Flat flex wire mesh belt has a flat and smooth surface and is
suitable for most applications. In addition to standard types,
there are concave and convex flex conveyor belts that are suitable
for specific applications such as fixing and sorting.

Flat Flex Wire Mesh Belt Application
The belts have a light weight single layer construction and are
positively driven by sprockets. The belts have an open structure
(70 - 85 % open) and are frequently used in cooling, frying,baking,
draying, heating, decorating, battering and packing machines for
light products.
