1. Description of Automatic Wire Coil Packing Machine For Compacting And
Wrapping Machine Made In China:
The wire coils compacting and packing machine is mainly used for
winding and packing steel wire products. It is mainly divided into
three types: horizontal belt conveyor type, horizontal heavy type,
and horizontal light type. It is mainly suitable for winding
packing of various relatively narrow ring products, like copper,
steel, aluminum, alloy strip, copper, steel, aluminum wire, copper,
aluminum coil, steel wire, plastic coil, hose, rubber hose, steel
strand, tire, etc. Make the packaged material to be relatively
sealed, not only the product is beautiful and generous, but also
has the functions of waterproof, dustproof, rustproof and abrasion
proof, etc.
The steel coil compression and turnover system consists of inlet
active transmission roller way A and B, wire coil compacting
machine, processing active transmission roller way C, automatic
supporting plate type wrapping machine, movbable hydraulic type
overturning machine (including overturning machine front line,
telescopic expansion mechanism, complete machine moving track),
wire coil unloading trolley (including load roller and V-shaped
lifting plate), wire stands pushing device, and the 3 sections of
wire stand outlet railway (one section is embedded in mobable
hydraulic type overturning device ).
1) Transmission roller line function:
The equipment is composed of 3 sections of power roller way A, B, C
and the overturning machine front line. The motor drives
transmission roller. By manually starting the operation, wire stand
is conveyed. The line fram is equipped with guider to complete
horizontal positioning of the line conveying process. Transmission
speed: 5-8m/min, adjustable.
2) Wire coil compacting machine:
This machine can complete pressing work of the steel coil loaded on
wire stand.The upper press plate and base are provided with a
belt-piercing slot for manual tightening and binding of steel
belts.Pressure plate is driven by motor and can be rotated at 90゜
equal rotation angles, which is convenient for manual tightening
and binding of steel belt. Standard stroke: Compressor compression
space is 600mm-1750mm; The limit stroke is 1200mm. The maximum
pressure is 20tons. Compression time: 30-50 seconds/pcs,
adjustable.
3)Automatic supporting plate type wrapping machine:
This machine adopts turntable rotation mode to wrap the product in
the wrap film on the circumference.The equipment automatically
recognizes height of the packaged material, automatically fixes
film head, automatically cuts film, and smoothing device
automatically smooths film tail. Tightness of wrapping product can
be adjusted, and package strengthening position can be set.
4) Movable hydraulic type overturning machine:
Overturning machine can be moved, that is, it can turnover the
steel wire with the wire stand and can also transport steel wire to
unloading trolley, and can also assist to transport empty wire
stand. It can rotation 90°, to change wire position. The steel coil
is transferred from wire stand to unloading trolley. Wire stand
telescopic expansion mechanism can fix wire stand on the
overturning machine to assist 90° rotation. Turnover process beat:
about 120s/pcs, adjustable.
5) Wire coil unloading trolley:
The lifting roller can be raised and lowered, and the steel wire
can be transferred to this station with the movable hydraulic type
overturning machine, and the wire stand can be easily taken away.
Steel coil falls on load roller, and load roller is driven by motor
to rotate steel coil, which can be twined and packaged manually.
6) Wire stands pushing device:
This mechanism is driven by pneumatic components to push empty wire
stand to out of movable hydraulic type overturning machine to wire
stand outlet railway for temporary storage. Pushing speed: about
15s/pcs.
7) Wire stand outlet railway:
There are 3 sections non-powered roller lines, one of which is
embedded in the mobable hydraulic type overturning device.
