Welding using a new type of high efficient welding net transformer.Applied pressure and electricity to warp wire and latitude wire to form the welding point. The service life of upper contact spring under rated load is more than 10000000 times. Using precision casting threading slot, modular installation with the electrode to ensure the accuracy of the mesh. Threading slot with a flexible lifting function, effectively reduce the wear of the electrode block and extend the electrode life. The power of per transformer for welding is 125KVA, with cooling water circulation and temperature control switch to prevent the transformer burned. The electrode holder adopts conductivity ≥56MS/m T2 copper, with cooling circuit, extending the working life of electrode.
