An air spring is an inflatable rubber device that is responsible
for carrying high loads and absorbing vibrations from industrial
equipment, and can replace common steel springs or other hydraulic
balancing systems. Compared with the methods commonly used today,
this method is known for its high mechanical reliability.
The advantage of the air spring is that it can make noise from the
vibration of industrial equipment.
When industrial equipment is working, vibration will generate a lot
of noise. When the air spring is inflated, it absorbs the vibration
of the industrial equipment and the industrial equipment is
elevated. When the air is exhausted, the industrial equipment
becomes more stable and the noise generated becomes lower.
In fact, by adding or removing air from the spring, the vehicle can
bounce instantly in a short period of time. When adding weight to
industrial equipment, air can be added to increase the pressure
bearing capacity of the air spring.
The air spring system combines an air compressor and an air storage
tank, which is responsible for providing air at the toggle of the
switch to allow the spring to inflate and deflate.
