TNJ-002 Comprehensive testing machine for furniture mechanics
Purpose of equipment
This test rig can be used for testing the mechanical properties of
tables , desks ,beds. Can perform the horizontal static load
,vertical static load, impact test and durability test.
TNJ-002 General Purpose Tester for tables adopts PLC controller to
control the motion of the tester.It is simple to operate. Force
value can be adjusted through the pressure changes in the precision
pressure regulating valve.With high precision power sensor, it can
induct the force value immediately.

Feature:
1. The machine adopts frame structure design. The frame is made of
Stainless Steel And Alaminum, beautiful and generous.
2. Up to 8 sets of cyclinders installed. All cylinders can be
adjusted up and down, frontward and backward to cover all mounting
surfaces. The eight sets of cylinders can execute joint or
independent operation.
3. The adjustable part of the frame adopts pulley structure to
design in order to adjust the loading position to adapt to
different specifications of sample.
4. PLC controller to control the actions of the instrument; the
operation is intuitive and simple.
5. Using the precision pressure regulating valve to adjust the
pressure to change the loading force value; high precision force
sensor sense the force value immediately; each load group adjusts
the control individually; the loading force is stable and reliable.
6. The fixed block at the bottom can be adjusted freely different
position to adapt to different specifications of sample.
