Product Description
Liquid polyurethane plastic casting resin consists of A&B
component, B is curing agent, and A is polyurethane prepolymer. It
can also be used as a concrete or cement stamping mold as well as
for making hard durable rubber parts for machinery or automotive
applications.
Polyurethane casting plastics can be cast in silicone mold rubbers
without any release agent, but require a release agent when cast in
polyurethane rubber molds.

Using Instructions
(1) Measurement
The weight mixing ratio of liquid A and liquid B is: 1:1. Use a
paper cup or other container to weigh an appropriate amount of
liquid A, and then use another paper cup or other container to
weigh the same weight of liquid B, liquid A and liquid B Keep the
amount consistent. If the weight deviation is too large, the
surface of the cured product may not be fully cured or the color of
the cured product may deviate.
(2) Mixed
Pour the accurate B solution of the above main method into A
solution, and then stir it fully with a metal spatula or a glass
rod. If the stirring is not uniform, the surface of the cured
product may not be completely cured or the color of the cured
product may deviate. Note: The stirring time is preferably 10-20
seconds, because liquid A and liquid B will solidify within 1.5-2
minutes after mixing, so the faster the operation time, the better.
(3) Filling
After fully stirring it, quickly pour it into the silicone mold. If
there is a vacuum machine, you can put it into the vacuum machine
to remove the water and air in the liquid. After vacuuming, you can
get a beautiful product with small shrinkage and no pores.
(4) Demoulding
After vacuuming, place the silicone mold filled with AB water on a
flat workbench and wait for 10 to 20 minutes to release the mold.
The temperature of the cured product will rise due to the curing
reaction heat. Please pay attention to avoid scalding accidents.
Early demoulding, high temperature curing may be deformed due to
chilling.
