working principle

When the push bottle electric eye finds that there are bottles coming and thinks it is necessary for continuous production, the bottle feeding screw starts to push the bottles (the function of the bottle feeding screw is to divide the bottles with unequal distance and equal initial speed) and the bottles enter the core unit of the marking system. When the marking electric eye senses that there are bottles coming, it immediately transmits the information to the control center PLC, And through PLC, four instructions are issued successively: label sending, positioning, label cutting, and label shooting. When the marking is finished, the labeling process of a bottle is completed, and then it enters the label sorting and shrinking unit.
