Rice husk pellet machine/ vertical ring die pellet machine is our

This mchine with vertical double layer ring die structurer, ring
die made of stainless steel or alloy steel, the inner ring die
verticall installed on the biomass pellet mill, with 2 layers, one
ring die can using 2 times, saving the running cost for the wood
pellet mill.
This 90KW vertical ring die rice husk pellet machine have 2 pcs Big
rollers rotary againsed the innerside of ring die inside, so big
part ring die fixed on machine, only rollers rotary, make the wood
pellet machine working more stable, roller shell after heat
treatment, long lifetime.
Vertical ring diepellet machine with automatical lubircating
system, can lubricating the main shaft bearing and the roller
bearing automatically. can make the machine no stop continually
working, low maintenance ratio, running cost for pellet making is
low.
This vertical type ring die rice husk pellet machine is good for
press difficult molding materials with low adhesion rate, for
example, hard wood sawdust, soft wood sawdust, rice husk, paddy
straw, sunflower husk, peanut shell and coffe husk, or other fruit
shell; branch, stem, bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop
stalks, and other biomass materials.
