Suitable for diameter range 1m~6.5m, motorized trolley moving on the rail.

Description:

• 200t welding turning roll is composed by 1power rotator, 1idler rotator, control cabinet & pendant controller.
  
• Power rotator is driven by two sets of heavy duty AC motor, via gear reducer to driving the wheel rotating.
  
• There is motorized trolley under pedestal of power rotator. Idle trolley installed under pedestal of the idler rotator.
  
• The heavy duty wheels are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress PU cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
  
• PU wheel width is enlarged as per requirement.
  
• Pendant controller with 6m cable.
