The microwave scanner is composed of microwave signal generator, isolator, microwave transmitter, demodulator,

amplifier, temperature controller, etc. These components are assembled in the same machine with numerous

advantages such as reasonable structure, strong shock resistance, easy installation and maintenance. The

working principle of the product: when cigarette rods passed through cigarette-guiding assembly and come

into microwave electromagnetic field, the energy of microwave electromagnetic field will change due to different

cigarette density and moisture. The change of energy will be further transformed into voltage signal or frequency

signal by the internal system of the scanner.

Microwave scanner quickly detects minor changes of cigarette density without damaging cigarette rods. It’s
