Toys Scooter Steering Tubes Strength Tester

Applications

Toys Scooter Steering Tubes Strength Tester apply to test the strength of toy scooter steering tubes,including resistance to downward forces and resistance to upward forces.

This tester is suitable for the test of the strength of the toy scooter. In the normal use of the toy scooter, the vertical tube is fixed vertically on the machine platform, and the strength performance after 5 minutes of vertical load is applied by the loading handle.

Principle

Impedance test for downward pressure: For the toy scooter handle, the vertical load of the loading jig was applied and held for 5 min and then unloaded to evaluate the strength performance of the standpipe.

Impedance test for upward lift force: The strength performance of the standpipe is evaluated by applying a vertical pull force to the toy scooter handle through a rope clamp and holding it for 5 minutes.
