IPX9K Rain test chamber simulates the high temperature and high
pressure water environment to test the water resistance and
performance of the samples during storage, transportation and
usage. It is widely applied to electrical and electronic products,
lamps and lanterns, electrical cabinet, electrical components,
automobile, motorcycle and its spare parts and other products.

Sanwood IPX9K Rain test procedures:
1. Test equipment: the inner diameter of spray nozzle is 12.5mm
2. Test conditions: spray angle (4 positions);
3. Number of spray holes: 4
4. Rotation speed of sample table: 5 ± 1 r/m
5. Distance: 100 ~ 150 mm
6. The flow rate is 14 ~ 16L / min;
7. The spray pressure is 8000 ~ 10000kpa,
8. Water temperature requirement: 80 ± 5℃
9. Test time: 30 seconds for each position, 120 seconds in total

1. IPX9K high temperature high pressure test chamber adopts
imported water pump, high temperature and high pressure resistance,
stable performance
2. Chamber structure, test water recycling, energy saving and
environmental protection, no need to build waterproof laboratory.
3. There are large transparent windows (toughened glass) in the
door, and LED lights are installed in the chamber to facilitate the
observation of internal test conditions.
4. Turntable drive: using imported motor, speed and angle can be
set on the touch screen (adjustable), within the standard range,
and can automatically control positive and negative rotation
(positive and negative rotation: suitable for power on test with
sample, to prevent winding)
5. The test time can be set on the touch screen, and the setting
range is 0-999min (adjustable).
