The precast concrete production line making machine is divided into
15 parts from ingredients to packaging, which are connected and
operated through a programmable control cabinet, each part and half
part can work independently.All the parts include cement silo,
batching machine,Auto Concrete forced Mixer,auto unloading machine
, auto pallet turning machine,Auto Spray Machine,concrete filling
machine,auto stacking machine,auto packing machine,auto demoulding
machine,auto vibration part,Hydraulic conveyor,Air compressor,auto
screen controller ,dust collecting machine.
1.Auto unloading machine: Used to unload and transport the pallet
with empty molds pcs by pcs.
2.Vibration Conveyor With Frequency Motor:
Full Pallet Belt Vibration Conveyor With Chain & Conveyor and belt
for mold before
Filling:Two vibration points with the belt,Vibration force can be
adjusted through the Control Cabinet.
Each of the two vibrations can work independently, frequency motor
can make belt speed adjustable.
3.Auto Spray Machine:
8 Spray gun set in total.controlled by carbinet,with timer and
redar sensor
controller,can paint more precisely. Function: 1- First 3 spray gun
to move the dust and particles in the molds.
2- Middle 2 spary gun paint demolding oil/first surface color for
artificial stone.
3- The last 3 spary gun will be used to paint the second layer
artificial stone color or spray the demolding oil area to place in
a plain way for the above 2 and 3 points, if not spray color, the 5
spay guns are used for spray demold
oil. At the same time, it is equipped with a dust treatment
function, which can achieve high-efficiency production and achieve
environmental protection.
