Auto-automatic production line uses single-silo ingredients. Your
cement can be directly transferred to the mold through the silo,
and conveyed through the transmission belt to improve production
efficiency. The daily production output is1000-1500 square meters.
If want to produce good quality artificial stone some machines are
necessary.Based on production capacity, clients can choose simple
machine, semi-auto production line, full auto production
line.Simple necessary machines include pan mixer and vibrating
table, only suitable for try to make artificial stone, production
capacity is very slow. Semi-auto production line include simple
dosing machine, auto mixer. The dosing machine include vibrating
function. This method each shift can produce about 400 square
meters of culture stones. Only suitable for small factory. The best
and convenient one is full auto production line. If include cement
silo, batching machine, dosing machine, auto spray machine, forced
auto mixer, air compressor, demold machine, conveyor, loading and
unloading machine, dust clearance system, package system and so on.
Can save a lot of labor cost. This method is suitable for large
scale production. This full auto dosing system not only used to
produce veneer stone cladding, but also can produce other wet
concrete precast products.

If 42.5# cement is used, demoulding can only be carried out after
12-15 hours when the temperature is maintained at 25-30C.
