LQ070Y3DG3A supports display 800×480(RGB) (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Horizontal Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 152.4(W)×91.44(H) mm, outline size of 163.2(W)×104(H)×6.3(D) mm, viewing area size of 157.2(W)×95.34(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 135/150g (Typ./Max.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, LQ070Y3DG3A can provides 350 cd/m² display brightness 300:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 65/65/50/60 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 35 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 49% (NTSC). This product adopted 8S3P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 10K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed.
