Manufacturing Technology of Crystal Crafts:

(1) Material selection: K9 crystal and artificial crystal are the main raw materials of the crystal trophy, while K9 crystal can be divided into several grades because of the relationship between impurities and transparency. The best crystal trophy has uniform bubbles and stripes, which not only has good crystal luster but also good transparency.

(2) Initiation: The selected crystal raw materials are segmented, and the shape and size of the segmented parts are determined by the size of the embedding die, so that the crystal raw materials will not be wasted;

(3) Embryo pressing: the mould made of crystal crafts is qualitative, and the melted crystal at 900 ℃ high temperature is poured into the mould for die casting.

(4) Coarse and fine polishing: the crystal trophy after embryo pressing needs to be qualitative, and the prototype of the trophy can be polished with a diamond disc; next, the crystal crafts can be polished through polishing steps with polishing powder;

(5) Colour plating: The crystal surface can be coated with different colors, or similar to the frosted crystal surface, as well as Zodiac Wenzhen and other patterns, to add a richer collection value to the crystal crafts;

Sculpture: According to the original design of the trophy pattern, text production, crystal carving is mostly done by hand, so the craft value of the crystal crafts is full.

Packaging: Well-designed crystal trophies need to be properly kept. Usually, they will be wiped clean the crystal surface and put into a special casket with flannel cloth for reserve.
