Application scope:
This Mobile bearing dismounting press machine is used to dismount the rolling bearings off from the axle for various types of rolling stock wheelset. It's applicable for the railway applications, also for applications of the mining company and steel company.

Machine features:

• The bearing press machine is mobile type, easy to move and with light weight.
• The bearing dismount press is able to dismount the bearing from the axle for various applications.

• The mobile bearing dismount press machine is mainly composed of lifting mechanism, main cylinder, mobile trolley, dismounting device, hydraulic system and etc.
• The dismounting tooling is fixed to the front end of the cylinder piston rod by screws. It only need to replace with the corresponding tooling to tdismount different types of bearing.
• During dismounting, the center of the dismounting mechanism and the axle center are aligned, and the dismounting force is applied on the end face of the rear bumper and uniform. The bearing and axle will not be damaged and the ear bumper will not be deformed.
• The lifting platform is hydraulically driven, with stable lifting and accurate positioning. The dismounting position can be adjusted arbitrarily within the height range as required.
• The hydraulic system is stable and rel;iable, and the oil cylinder will not drop suddenly under special circumstances such as sudden power failure.
• Metal components of the equipment and instruments are rustproof and painted except machining surface and electroplating surface.
• In order to prevent the press from damage caused by accidents, the press is equipped with safety protection interlocking device, and short circuit, open circuit and leakage protection devices.
