Machine Features:

• The machine body is of Frame type structure.
• The hydraulic press machine is mainly composed of main body, hydraulic system, electrical control system and lubrication system, etc.
• The main body is mainly composed of upper beam, base, pillars, movable working table, main hydraulic yclinder, safety bolts, hydraulic cushion and maintenance platform etc.
• It's provided with T-slots on the upper surface of the working table for placing and fixing the workpieces.
• The main cylinder and piston are made of 45 steel forging pieces and the main cylinder is installed in the top of the machine body.
• This series product has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and uses the button common control.
• The process action uses PLC control to achieve adjustment and semi-automatic operation mode.
• The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range all can be adjusted as per process requirements.
• Siemens PLC, display and mobile operation table to control and monitor the whole operation.
• It's provided with 3 control modes: adjustion, manual and self-automatic.
