Application Scope:

This Wheel Press Machine is used for the dismounting of wheelset (wheels and brake discs) of different types of passenger cars and wagons. It can generate, record, save and print the pressing curve (stroke vs force).

Main Structure and Features:

• The wheel press machine is mainly composed of mechanical part, hydraulic system and eletrical control system.
• It can achieve the automnatic and manual dismounting operation.
• The main body is welded from high quality steel and carried out annealing treatment.
• The U-type opening of the movable column is top opening for the convenience of wheelset dismounting. Only to replace the tooling to meet the requirements of different workpiece.
• The cylinder column is provided with a ram cylinder and the piston inside is driven by oil pressure. the piston displacement is detected by displacement sensor and displayed n the industrial computer screen. The piston rod and tooling on the movable column cooperate with each other to achieve the dismounting of the workpiece.
• The wheel press is provided with 2 sets of support bracket for supporting the axle/wheelset. The bracket can move along the guide tail and the height can be adjusted manually.
