Sterilizer
Sterilizer is a rapid and reliable disinfection and sterilization
equipment using pressure saturated steam, which is suitable for
medical and health institutions, scientific research, agriculture
and other units; it is also suitable for disinfection and
sterilization of dressings, glassware, solution cultures, etc. It
can be used as steaming equipment for high-quality drinking water
by enterprises and institutions in plateau areas, and also as a
source of high-temperature steam.
Features:
1. Over-temperature automatic protection device: the system
automatically cuts off the heating power when the set temperature
is exceeded;
2. Anti-dry burning protection device: when the water level is too
low, the system automatically cuts off the heating power;
3. Overpressure automatic relief device: if the opening pressure of
the safety valve is exceeded, the safety valve will open and
release the pressure;
4. Overcurrent protection device: When the equipment is overloaded,
the overcurrent protection switch will act and the system will
automatically cut off the power supply;
5. Leakage protection device: When the equipment has a leakage
fault, the system will automatically cut off the power supply.
6. Safety interlock device: a new type of pressure and temperature
double safety interlock, the door cannot be opened after the
equipment is pressurized.
7. Door detection device: Only when the sterilizer door is closed
in place, the power supply can be turned on and heated to produce
steam.
8. The shell, cavity and basket of the sterilizer are all made of
304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, high-temperature
resistant and easy to clean.
9. Multi-parameter display on the operation panel, pressure gauge
reading indication, clear observation
10. Microcomputer control, LED digital display, PID function,
self-tuning heating parameters, rapid heating, precise temperature
control
11. There are two universal wheels and two directional wheels at
the bottom of the sterilizer, which can move freely and move the
use position lightly.
