Description of PVC Board Machine:
1.PVC foam board production line composed of Conical twin screw extruder, board mould, forming table, eight roller and other auxiliary machine.It has wide application.
2.pvc foam board production line adopt SJSZ80X156 high capacity extruder, adopt new style seven section pineapple head special foaming screw structure, the capacity can up to 10ton 24 hours.
3.Extrusion mould adopt add small die lip on the basis of common die, equipped with mold temperature machine oil control,to make the board with good quality.
4.Forming table adopt 4 pairs of forming table structure, open and close adopt cyclinder or oil linder drive, to ensure the stablity of the forming table. Forming board adopt special mould steel with enough thickness, It not only ensures the rigidity of the shaping plate, but also ensures the skin effect of the plastic sheet cooling.
5.Traction machine adopt 8 pairs of rubber roller, to ensure the stability of the traction and the traction required to produce thick plates.
6. Cross cutting machine adopt photoelectric switch control, longitudinal follow up is controlled by rack and pinion, ensured the precise of board cut. Main machine motor adopt ABB brand, contactor adopt Siemens brand and other famould brand electric parts.So the machine is high performance and long service life.
