STPLAS PE film granulator squeezer force on dewatering, squeezing, agglomerating three function in one unit, and already have mature technical in plastic machinery.

LLDPE film recycling dewatering machine is especially for plastic film, plastic bags, woven bags, Jumbo bags,raffia bags. Solve the drying problem in the past. After drying these kind soft materials, the final water content is below 3%.

Features :

1. New designed film squeezer granulator machine, made by the advanced Italian techniques, specially screw pressing design.

2. Equipped with electric control cabinet, feeder mouth is easy to control the die- face cutting effect;

3. Instead of the dewatering machine, hot blower in the recycling line and energy saving equipment. Little Space to make more effective granules.

4. While the squeezing rate was at 10% on the previous models, after modifications and improvements that rate reduced to minimum levels.
