1. Operation principle in application

When a vacuum generator is provided with a plurality of suction cups, and the suction cups do not absorb the workpiece, the vacuum degree can be limited to drop.

When the vacuum suction cups does not catch the workpiece, the valve core will be closed by the air flow , and the flow can only pass through the fixed throttle aperture. At this time, each fixed throttle aperture can suck the corresponding air; When the vacuum suction cup catch the workpiece, the suction flow decreases, the valve core will be opened by the spring force , and the suction flow between the valve core and the housing will open.
