Introduction:
55% aluminum-zinc-silicone steel plate is a product produced by
continuous hot-dip galvanizing process with cold-rolled steel coil
as substrate.55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon at 600 C.It
is mainly used in construction, light industry, automobile,
agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery and business. The
construction industry is mainly used in the manufacture of
anticorrosive industrial and civil building roof panels, roof
grille, etc.; the light industry industry uses its home appliance
shell, civil tobacco meat, kitchen utensils, etc., the automobile
industry is mainly used for the corrosion resistant parts of cars,
and so on; the farmers and animal husbandry owners
It should be used for grain storage and transportation, frozen
processing equipment for meat and aquatic products, etc.
The whole structure is composed of aluminum, one iron, one silicon
and one zinc, forming a compact four element crystal. Heat plated
aluminum, zinc and silicon (GL) products, with various strength and
thickness of the cold rolled steel plate as the base material, on
the surface of the strip, heat plating aluminum (AL55%), zinc
(ZN43.4%), silicon (S11.6%) alloy, have excellent corrosion
resistance.After being galvanized ,cold-rolled steel coil can have
another 15-20 years of service life .

Application range:
