Introduction:

Galvalume (abbreviation:GL steel) is hot plating on the surface of steel plate with Al55%,Zn43.5%,Si l.5% ,the surface is smooth,has a good rsistance to atmospheric corrosion,heat resistant oxidation.The coil has uniform thickness , strong adhesive force , no peeling during processing and molding , and good corrosion resisitance .55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon at 600 C. With excellent cold rolled steel coil as the substrate , it has excellent processing performance and good stamping resistance. The whole structure is composed of aluminum, one iron, one silicon and one zinc, forming a compact four element crystal. Heat plated aluminum, zinc and silicon (GL) products, with various strength and thickness of the cold rolled steel plate as the base material, on the surface of the strip, heat plating aluminum (AL55%), zinc (ZN43.4%), silicon (S11.6%) alloy, have excellent corrosion resistance.After passivation and oiling treatment , it will not deteriorate during short-term storage in the warehouse .
