Introduction of PPGI steel coil :

PPGI steel coil are coated with galvanized strip or aluminized zine silicon on a continuous set. After surface pretreatment (degreasing and learning), a layer or multi layer liquid coating is coated with roll coating. The plate is coated by baking and cooling. Because coatings can have different colors, it is customary to use coated steel plates as coloured coated steel plates. The products obtained by coating organic coatings on hot-dip galvanized steel or aluminum zinc silicon are hot dip galvanized color coated boards or aluminized zinc silicon color coated boards. In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the organic coating on the surface also has the function of insulation protection and rust prevention, and the service life is longer than that of hot galvanized steel sheet.Pre-painted steel coil/Color coated steel coil has both the mechanical strength of steel plate and easy molding performance , and the good decorative performance and corrosion resisitance .Color coated plate has strong layer adhesion which could keep fersh color for a long time , so it is widely used to make the exterior of buildings and consumer electronics products look more polished and sophisticated. And it is produced by printing or baking paints onto the surface of cold-rolled steel or GI or GL sheets. They are made on high-speed continuous coating lines through a number of processes such as chemical pre-treatment, primary coating and finish coating, thus they have better coating quality than single piece coating.

Color coated steel feature excellent decorativeness, bendability, corrosion resistance, coating adhesion and color fastness. They are ideal substitutes for wood panels in the construction industry because of their good economic features such as convenient installation, conservation of energy and resistance to contamination.
