Introduction:
Color coated steel plate usually the galvanized steel,GL after
surface treatment on their surfaces coated with a certain thickness
of the adhesive coating or layer of organic film,after
curing,become a color plate,with excellent corrosion
resistance,molding,decoration in the building,home appliances,light
industry,transportation and other industries widely used as an
ideal composite material.It is made by taking hot galvanized sheet
and zinc-iron alloy hot galvanized sheet as the substrate through
surface pretreatment, coating one or more layers of liquid coating
by roll coating, baking and cooling. The used coatings including
polyester, silicon modified polyester, high-durability polyester,
polyvinylidene fluoride, epoxy and high corrosion-resisting coating
are widely used for building, transport, home appliances, solar
energy, furniture, etc. It is mainly used as the side door plate of
refrigerators, and shell of DVDs, air conditionings, freezers, and
washing machines.

PACKING AND SHIPPING
Standard exporting package.wrapped with waterproof paper.Then after
fully wrapped with high density PE film.Then after fully covered
with iron sheet with metal edge protectors, strapped with metal
bands, min 4 bands horizontal, min 3 bands vertical
