DMF-ZM-25 1'' Inch Dust Collector Quick Mount Pulse Jet Valve

The diaphragm valves suitable for dust collector applications, in particular for reverse pulse-jet filter cleaning of filter bags, cartridges, envelope filters, ceramic filters and sintered metal fibre filters. Diaphragm pulse valves are for controlling air pulses in dust collectors. Valves are offered in both integrated and remote coil configurations. These valves are part of the mechanism that operates the reverse pulse of air that cleans the filters.

The SBFEC type pulse jet valve mainly includes Right angled, Embedded, Right angled and fixed nut at both end (DMF-ZM-20 as below), Straight In straight out, Turn around Jet type. Electromagnetic Pulse Valve is a right angle valve ( 90⁰) between inlet and outlet which is suitable for the installation connection between the gas dome (compressed air receiver tank ) and the bag house blow tube provide good air flow and dust clean pulses satisfying the requirements.
