Raw materials (cold rolled steel coils) → uncoiling → cutting head
and tail → welding → spraying by alkali liquor→scrubbing by alkali
liquor→ electrolytic degreasing → water scrubbing → hot air drying
→ entry looper → reduction and annealing → hot dip galvanizing →
zinc layer control (air knife) → cooling → finishing → stretching,
bending and straightening → purification → drying → exit looper →
coil unloading → coil weighing → packaging → warehousing
