Precautions for use
1. In order to prevent the corrosion between the eyes caused by the
heating of the stainless steel flanges cover, the welding current
should not be too large, about 20% less than the carbon steel
electrode, the arc should not be too long, the interlayer should be
cooled quickly, and the narrow weld bead is suitable.
2. The welding rod should be kept dry when it is used. The titanium
calcium type should be dried at 150 ℃ for 1 hour, and the low-a
hydrogen type should be dried at 200-250 ℃ for 1 hour (it cannot be
repeatedly dried, otherwise the coating is easy to crack and peel
off), so as to prevent the coating from sticking oil and other
dirt, so as not to increase the carbon content in the weld and
affect the quality of the weldment.
3. When welding stainless steel flanges pipe, carbide precipitates
under repeated heating, which reduces the corrosion resistance and
mechanical properties.
4. Stainless steel flanges fittings, butt welding stainless steel
flanges electrode has good corrosion resistance and oxidation
resistance, widely used in chemical industry, fertilizer,
petroleum, medical machinery manufacturing.

the customers have to pay the sample cost and

Q:What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown
cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the
goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization

Q: What's the payment term?
A: We accept T/T, western union, L/C and Trade Assurance. For bulk
order by T/T and Western Union, we will require 30% deposit first
and 70% balance before delivery.
