Using cautions
1. The ferrule type instrument SS needle valve has the advantages
of easy installation and disassembly, tight connection, good fire
protection, explosion-proof, high pressure resistance and good
sealing performance. SS needle valve is an advanced connection type
valve in power station, oil refining, chemical plant and instrument
measuring pipeline.
2. The SS needle valve type stop valve has good sealing performance
and long service life. Even if the sealing surface is damaged, SS
needle valve only needs to replace the vulnerable parts and can
continue to use. Pay attention to make the flow direction of the
medium consistent with the direction of the arrow on the SS needle
valve body during installation. The inlet can be installed at any
position of the pipeline.
3. SS needle valve: threaded connection, ferrule connection and
welding.
Anti corrosion method
1. First of all, the anti-corrosion of the valve body is mainly the
correct selection of materials. Although the data of anti-corrosion
is very rich, SS needle valve is not easy to choose the right one,
because the problem of corrosion is very complicated. The
difficulty in selecting SS needle valve body materials lies in not
only the corrosion problem, but also the pressure and temperature
resistance, economic rationality and easy purchase.
2. The second is to adopt lining measures, such as lead lining,
aluminum lining, engineering plastics lining, natural rubber lining
and various synthetic rubber lining. If the medium conditions
permit, this is a saving method.
Thirdly, in the case of low pressure and temperature, using
non-metal as the main material of valve can often effectively
prevent corrosion.
3. In addition, the external surface of SS needle valve is also
corroded by the atmosphere.
Generally, SS needle valve steel materials are protected by
painting.
