Equipment maintenance:
Through wiping, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and other general
methods of equipment care, in order to maintain and protect the
performance and technical status of the equipment, called equipment
maintenance. There are four requirements for equipment maintenance
(1) Clean the inside and outside of the equipment. All sliding
surfaces, lead screws, racks, gear boxes, oil holes, etc. shall be
free of oil stain. All parts shall be free of oil leakage and air
leakage. The chips, sundries and dirt around the equipment shall be
cleaned;
(2) Neat tools, accessories, workpieces (products) should be placed
neatly, and pipelines and lines should be organized;
(3) The lubrication is good, the oil is filled or changed on time,
the oil is not dry, the oil pressure is normal, the oil label is
bright, the oil path is smooth, the oil quality meets the
requirements, and the oil gun, oil cup and felt are clean;
(4) Comply with the safety operation procedures, do not overload
the use of equipment, equipment safety protection device is
complete and reliable, timely eliminate unsafe factors.
Our after-sales guidance and commitment:
1. Before repairing the machine, the main power must be turned off;
when repairing the machine, it should be repaired by professional
personnel or inform the company for assistance.
2. During the warranty period, if the machine fails due to quality
problems, we will provide free maintenance. If the machine fails
due to improper operation, the company will charge part of the
maintenance fee, and the replacement parts will be charged
according to the price.
3. Beyond the warranty period, the company will continue to carry
out maintenance work, but charge fees as appropriate.
