This linear 4-4-1 3-5L bottle water filling machine is specially designed for filling 3-10 liter bottles with functions of bottle washing, filling and capping. All processes are automatically controlled by PLC program, and have a safe interlock device. The whole machine is made of food grade stainless steel SUS304, which meets the requirements of food hygiene with reasonable structure, simple operation and high filling accuracy.

Empty bottles will be sent to the cleaning machine of 5-liter water filling machine through belt conveyor, 4 bottles per shift, each 4 bottles will be calculated and stopped by sensor cylinder, and the 4 bottles will be clamped at the fixed neck position with clamp; the bottles will be rinsed upside down, and the rinsing time and quantity can be adjusted.

The cleaned bottles will be sent to the filling machine through the conveyor, and the cylinder block 4 bottles in the filling machine conveyor; push the cylinder to push the bottles under the filling machine, lift the cylinder to bring the bottles to the filling head, open the filling value, and start filling. Filling is gravity filling; easy to control accuracy. After this process, the bottle is returned to the conveyor belt by a reverse repeat operation.

Workers put a large number of caps into the cap loader. The cap loader will automatically release the caps, put the caps into the cap guide rail, and then put them on the cap head. The cap loader can hold more than 200 caps at a time, which will facilitate the frequent addition of caps. The cover head adopts Italian magnetic technology, which can protect the cover from damage. The accuracy of capping will be 99%. The corresponding capital letters will be automatically removed. The capping head is a separate part. To replace the bottle cap, only the head of the bottle cap needs to be replaced, which is convenient for replacement and operation. The whole machine is made of SUS304 with long shelf life.
