BL-4B Semi automatic bottle blow molding machine is suitable for
producing PET plastic containers and bottles from 10-2000ml. It is
widely used to produce the carbonated bottle ,mineral
water,carbonated drink bottle, pesticide bottle oil bottle
cosmetics,wide-mouth bottle etc.
1. Electrical control part of 4 cavity semi-auto bottle blow
molding machine:
The electrical control part is operated by a computer control
system, its function is to control the entire working process of
the bottle blowing machine, by adjusting the parameters in the
computer screen to control the sequence and speed of the entire
action. Successively complete a series of actions from closing the
mold-stretching and blowing-blowing-exhausting-mold opening. Each
time data adjustment will affect the product molding, the quality
of the product, and the speed of the bottle blowing.
2. Heating oven of 4 cavity semi-auto bottle blow molding machine:
The heater is composed of intelligent pressure regulator,
temperature control exhaust, heating lamp, speed control and
frequency conversion, etc. The heater can adjust the input voltage
of each segment of the lamp according to the product requirements,
and the operation and use are very convenient. When working, the
temperature controller uses the temperature sensor to make the
temperature in the drying tunnel
The temperature is controlled at the required constant temperature
state. The light from the lamp tube is transmitted to the preform,
so that the preform in the drying tunnel is heated and becomes an
elastic state so as to meet the requirements of bottle blowing.
